I would personally like to welcome you to the website of Lodge Paisley St. Mirrins’ No.129.

It is indeed a great honour and pleasure to be nominated, elected and installed as Right Worshipful Master of this grand old lodge for the first time. It has been 9 years since Lodge Paisley St Mirrins’ had a newly installed master, and with the support of the Office Bearers, I am sure it will be a memorable year.

To Immediate Past Master Bro. Steven Aitken PM on behalf of all of the PM’s, Office Bearers and Brethren of the Lodge, I thank you for your commitment and leadership over the last three years.

I was delighted to installed into the Chair of King Solomon by Bro Steven Aitken PM and Bro Michael Campbell PM plus some special guests Bro William Lundie PM Lodge Gleniffer No. 1219, Bro Drew Calderwood RWM PM Lodge The Pollokshaws Royal Arch No. 153, Bro David Begg RWM PM Lodge Gleniffer No. 1219, Bro Gordon McGill PM Lodge Craigielea No.1218 and Bro Gordon Aitken PM on a very special rendition of Dressing the Master and with a bonus to have Bro Martin Cassidy RWM PM of Lodge Craigend No. 1042 recite the Master’s apron by Bro Robert Burns.

The membership has been active in visiting Lodges within and out with the province and I’m sure that will continue in the ensuing 12 months and finally, to our visitors, I look forward to meeting as many new visitors in the coming year as well as continuing to support the many well-known faces I
have met along my masonic journey to date.

Lodge Tyles at 7:30pm.
